我就是我

   在这个世界上再也没有第二个我。我和某些人可能会有些许相似之处，但却没有一个人和我完全相同。我的一切都真真实实地属于我，因为都是我自己的选择。

我拥有自己的一切：我的身体，以及我的一切行为；我的头脑以及我的一切想法和观点；我的眼睛以及他们所看到的一切；我的所有感觉：愤怒、喜悦、沮丧、友爱、失望和激动；我的嘴巴以及由它说出的一字一句：或友善亲切或粗鲁无礼，或对或错；我的声音：或粗犷或轻柔；还有我所有的行动，不论是对自己还是对别人。

我拥有我自己的想象，自己的梦想，自己的希望，自己的恐惧。
我的胜利和成功乃因为我；我的失败和错误也出于我。m
　　因为我拥有自己的全部，我和自己亲如手足。我学习跟自己相处，爱惜自己，善待属于自己的一切。现在我可以为自己做一切了。Q
　　我知道，我的一些方面让我困惑，另外一些则使自己不解。但只要我仍然善待自己爱惜自己，我就有勇气有希望解决困惑和进一步认识自我。
不管别人如何看我，不管那时我说了什么做了什么，想什么感觉到了什么，一切都真真实实地属于那时的自我。

　　当我回想起自己的表现、言行、思想和感受，发现其中一部分已经不再适宜，我会鼓起勇气去抛弃不适宜的部分，保存经证实是适宜的部分，创造新的以代替被抛弃的部分。
　　我要能够看、听、感觉、说、做。我能够生存，能融入群体，能有所贡献，有所作为，让我所处的世界，我周围的人和事因我的存在而井井有条。
　　我拥有自我，那么我就能自我管理。
　　我就是我，自得其乐。

In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me- q+ p- l1 W  _- x4 y
Everything that comes out of me is authentically me- Q, f! p3 b, Y/ Z3 ?) |$ z1 j! C
Because I alone chose it - I own everything about me
My body, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions,
Whether they be to others or to myself -   h4 |8 p: m& a5 {+ r, e& ~

I own my fanatasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears - * W/ U6 @8 F" _4 j5 L0 L9 _& \

I own all my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes Because I own all of me,
I can become intimately acquainted with me - by so doing, ?! Q8 _+ M9 H. C/ O3 G
I can love me and be friendly with me in all my parts - I know1 G/ F+ i( {$ j( [  j) ^
There are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know - + t9 M5 O/ W) a1 S8 s2 k
0 a1 n5 j, C7 G7 G) \1 G
But as long as I am friendly and loving to myself,
I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles
And for ways to find out more about me - However I look and sound,
Whatever I say and do, and whatever
I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me - 
If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought and felt turn out to be unfitting, $ v0 r- O  q9 O" y, F2 G

I can discard that which is unfitting, keep the rest, and invent something new for that% q: |0 B2 b  o6 M( j2 e! J

I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be . `8 ~1 O  z! K1 O* ]+ a. {# _
productive to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me - 5 {- u1 u% Z4 q& B) ~0 y7 E

I own me, and therefore I can engineer me - I am me and
I AM OKAY
